2 dead, 4 injured in early morning shooting at Ohio nightclub

Two people have been killed and four others wounded in a shooting at a Columbus nightclub, Ohio authorities said.

Officers responded shortly after 5 a.m. Saturday to a working club called Tha Plug on the city’s South Side, emergency dispatchers said. According to dispatchers, one person died at the scene, while the other was taken to National Children’s Hospital and later pronounced dead.

Two other victims were taken to Grant Medical Center in Ohio and two more to Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, authorities said. Their conditions were not immediately available.

The ages of the victims and other details were not known. There was no information about the arrest.
