Duluth, Minn. — Duluth welcomed its first ocean-going ship of the year on Tuesday.
CBS affiliate KBJR reported The Federal Dart’s arrival at 3:30 p.m. set a record for the earliest ocean-going vessel to arrive at the Duluth-Superior port.
The vessel has arrived from Turkey and is carrying cement for unloading at Rice Point.
